About this Talk

With the fee to renounce US citizenship due to drop following a recent US court case, some US expats might consider whether they want to retain the US citizenship due to the burden of annual tax reporting. Brian Dunhill, founder of Dunhill Financial, and Rebecca Lammers from Democrats Abroad and International Member of the Taxpayer Advocacy Panel will look at the pros and cons and the value that US citizenship brings for expats, while Marylouise Serrato from American Citizens Abroad will provide a summary of ACA's work helping address some of the challenges that expats face. The talk will be followed by a Q&A session.
